Frequently Asked Questions

If you've never hired a party bus company before, you are likely finding that there are more questions to ask than one would think. Also, if you've never rented a party bus from us in the past, you may want to look over the questions and answers that we've supplied below. We are as upfront with our clients and potential clients as possible and we also believe that answering some customers' most common questions saves people time. Here are some of the inquiries that we receive nearly every day.

Do you have a minimum amount of time that the party buses have to be rented out for?

During the "peak season", we require a six hour rental period during the night but we also offer day-time blocks and packages for weddings and things like that. Call us with your particular situation and to find out if it's peak time. If you call during an off-peak time of the year, we may be able to work with you on the minimum hour policy.

Can I come see my bus?

Call us at any time and let us know that you'd like to see your particular party bus and we'll make that happen as soon as possible. Our office hours tend to vary a bit but we'll make your trip to our shop as convenient as we can.

What times are your phone lines open?

They are always open. We've made sure that there is always someone to answer your calls, day or night.

How do I reserve a party bus on the date that I want?

All that you have to do is call us with as many specifics regarding your trip as you can and make a $200 deposit by debit or credit, by phone. That will guarantee you the party bus that you want, on the day that you want and, at the time that you want it.

How many places can we go during the time that we have the party bus?

You have unlimited stops and mileage included in your rental so, have the driver stop as often as possible!

Do you have to be 21 to rent a party bus?

You only need to be 18 years of age to reserve and rent a party bus. If there will be drinking on the party bus, though, everyone must be 21 or older.

Have a look at the Fort Myers Party Bus Service Area and you'll get an idea of how far we pick up clients and take them. This map and list doesn't cover all of the places that we are willing to go for you. If you live somewhere or have an event somewhere that you don't see on the above-listed page, please call us and find out if we can help you.

How well do your drivers know the area?

We have amassed a very experienced and knowledgeable group of chauffeurs and, for the most part, they can get you anywhere in the metropolitan area at a moment's notice. However, it is better for everyone for you to inform the company or the chauffeur where you'd like to go as soon as you can, so that they can prepare for the trip. All party buses do come with GPS, as well similar to MN Party Bus Pickups.

People tend to lose things on party buses, I hear.

We can't be responsible for any or all of your belongings but if you leave something on the bus, similar to our freinds baltimore party bus info, please call us as soon as you notice and we'll have our porters check for it. We do have a Lost & Found section at the office.

Do drinks come with my party bus rental?

By law, we cannot provide alcoholic beverages. However, as long as everyone in your group is 21 years of age, you can consume alcoholic beverages on the bus. We do provide nice bar areas on all of the party buses with coolers, and we give you ice, cups and paper towels.
